The event will strengthen synergies across disciplines and between policy makers, institutions and associations to effectively address the needs of civil society in the areas of agriculture, forestry, environment, urban planning, energy, education and other societal issues. The ceremony will be followed by two congress days with plenary and parallel scientific sessions as well as technical and scientific excursions.
