The workshop combines research presentations on eDNA data collection and analysis with a session on data management and publication, covering topics such as the publication of sequences, OTU/ASV and qPCR tables and contextual data according to the FAIR principles.Colleagues from GFBio, the ASV Registry and PANGAEA will contribute to the programme.
